GENERAL INFORMATION
ALL my commissions are for ADULTS only and you will have to confirm you are an adult on the request form.If you're unsure if I'm okay with a ship, a kink or a commission idea, just ask me :) I don't bite and always stay professional. So if I don't like what you suggest, I will simply decline and that's that.Conversations stay between us, so you can say openly if you'd like to see something specific/a specific detail in your commission.Also, if you want, you can always stay anonymous and won't be named if I upload the piece.THE COMMISSION PROCESS
1. You decide what you want and submit a request via the google form (see HOME tab). I'll receive it automatically via e-mail. Or: You can also contact me directly over Discord @ chimcommissions.
2. I skim over the information and confirm to you whether I'm taking your commission or not.
3. When I'm ready to start your commission, I check more thoroughly if information is unclear. We discuss remaining details (price, poses, etc.). Payment needs to be done latest when the rough sketch is finished. For linework art, payment is upfront.
4. I'll send you a concept and/or sketch for you to check. If needed, some changes are made.
5. You'll receive another check-in for linework. After all is done and you're happy with it, I'll send it to you via e-mail as a high-resolution .PNG file (approx. 2000px)
6. If you're ok with it, either of us may upload the commission piece (if you upload it yourself I'll just reblog from you to have it in my portfolio).TIMELINE
I usually work only on two commissions in parallel.How long I'll have until your commission is finished varies greatly depending on my private schedule. I usually keep people up to date on the commission status. You can check the queue up in the header to see where you're at!ART STYLES
Linework is just pure linework. Linework+ contains some splash of colors, potentially some shadows, but is still not fully colored. Colored pieces are ... well, they're fully colored.ADDITIONAL PRICES
Below are the general rates for artstyles and characters. I may add additional charges based on complicated designs, backgrounds, or other additional workload. A background that is not just simple color adds about the same costs as if you'd ask for half or one full additional character.

Terms of Service
Once I'm ready to start working on your commission, payment is upfront at least 50%. Payment is processed in US$ via paypal invoices.
Commissions cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees. Commercial fee is +100%.
Commissions will be delivered digitally (.PNG file, approx. 2000px or larger if desired).
Check-ins with the customer are: concepts, refined sketch (if applicable), linework, final piece.
All commissions contain a signature unless asked for without.
Customer has right to two complete revisions in the concept phase and one revision in the linework phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Full refunds are only legible up to concept phase and before linework phase. Refunds are 50% once linework is started. No refunds are made after coloration phase has started. Full refunds are given if I cannot finish your commission on my end.
No promises towards timelines are made, as spare time to draw varies due to my day job. Due Dates are not accepted. However, customer can always ask about status and estimate until next check-in.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
